Match Day Incidents
We have developed an online reporting form for Match Day Incidents that
can be accessed via this QR Code. If you scan the QR Code, this will
direct you to the Form where you can report any incidents of concern
(e.g. Safeguarding/Equality, Diversity & Inclusion/Social Media/Safety).
A copy of the completed form will automatically be sent to our
Safeguarding Team. Copies of the QR code are also displayed at our home
ground.
