Town are back in action this Sunday as we welcome Middlesbrough FC Women in the FAWNL League Cup Determining Round.
Town will be looking to go one step further after last years quarter final exit and the year before as runners up.
Three points in the book for Town on opening weekend of the league season will boost the sides confidence as we welcome FAWNL Div 1 North side.
An opening day draw for Boro against one of their local side Norton & Stockton Ancients Ladies after Ellen Turnbull was sent off for the home side, the red since rescinded after appeal.
